What SIM and data plan do I need?
Our 4G thermal cameras work with any UK network — EE, Vodafone, O2 or Three. You can bring your own SIM card or buy a pre-configured one from us. Most models accept standard unlocked SIMs, and some support dual-SIM failover for uninterrupted connectivity if one network drops.
Thermal cameras typically use 15–40 GB of data per month, depending on how much motion they detect and your recording quality settings. That's less than optical cameras because thermal images contain less detail. A standard mobile data plan is usually sufficient, and you can adjust settings in the app to control usage.
