What SIM and data plan do I need?

Magnetic asset trackers work on any UK network — EE, Vodafone, O2 or Three. Most models accept any unlocked SIM card, so you can bring your own pay-as-you-go SIM or buy a pre-configured one from us with data already loaded. Typical data usage is very low — usually under 1 GB per month, even with hourly updates.

If you're tracking assets that travel across the UK or Europe, choose a SIM with good roaming coverage. Some trackers support dual-SIM setups for automatic failover if one network drops out, giving you extra peace of mind for high-value equipment or remote locations.
