Specifying defence-grade surveillance and optics

Image-intensified Gen 3 night-vision, certain thermal devices, and ISR-class UAS are usually controlled items requiring an export licence (ECJU SIEL or OGEL coverage) and an end-user undertaking. Can you handle classified or restricted procurement?

Do you offer mil-spec testing data (vibration, shock, EMC)?
Yes. Where products are mil-spec rated (e.g. MIL-STD-810 environmental, MIL-STD-461 EMC) we provide manufacturer test reports and certificates of conformance with delivery. We can also support pre-deployment acceptance testing where contractually required.
What lead times should we expect on defence-grade items?
Lead times vary by item and licensing requirement. Standard ruggedised CCTV and connectivity is typically held in UK stock; bespoke optics, UAS or licensed items typically run 4–12 weeks. We provide firm lead times against PO at quotation.
Can you support framework, DEFCON-compliant terms?
Yes. We supply on DEFCON-compliant POs, support MOD-standard payment and acceptance terms, and have experience trading via the Defence Sourcing Portal and major prime-contractor portals.
