Which gateway do I need?

You'll need one LoRaWAN gateway per site, connected to your broadband or a 4G router. Indoor gateways work well for buildings and small yards (up to 2 km range), while outdoor gateways with a roof-mounted antenna can cover open farmland or estates up to 15 kilometres. If you're monitoring multiple sites, each location needs its own gateway — or you can share a neighbour's gateway if they're within range and happy to help.

The gateway forwards all sensor data to a cloud platform where you view readings, set alerts and download reports.
