Event & Festival CCTV — Rapid-Deploy 5G Cameras
Rapid-deploy CCTV, connectivity and crowd monitoring for temporary events.
Music festivals, sporting events, county shows and outdoor gatherings require temporary but reliable security infrastructure. Our event solutions provide rapid-deploy solar and battery-powered CCTV cameras, 5G router backhaul for site-wide connectivity, crowd monitoring analytics and perimeter surveillance. Everything is designed to be set up in hours and removed after the event, with no permanent infrastructure required.

What SIM and data plan do I need?
Our event systems work with any UK network — EE, Vodafone, O2 or Three. For large festivals we often use dual-SIM setups with automatic failover, so if one network becomes congested your cameras and connectivity stay online. You can bring your own SIM cards or purchase pre-configured data plans from us.
Typical data usage varies by event size: a single CCTV camera streaming continuously uses around 30–50 GB over a weekend, while a 5G router supporting site offices and vendors may use 200–500 GB. We help you estimate requirements during planning and can add extra data mid-event if needed.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks for standard events and 8–12 weeks for large festivals, though rush deployments can be arranged subject to availability.
Do you provide operators?
Yes — we can supply trained CCTV operators for your event control room, or provide remote monitoring from our operations centre.
What happens if it rains?
All equipment is weatherproof to IP65 or higher. Solar panels still charge in overcast conditions and battery backup ensures continuous operation.
How long does setup take?
Most cameras are operational within an hour. A complete site with multiple cameras and connectivity typically takes half a day to deploy.
Can we expand coverage during the event?
Yes, we keep spare units on standby and can deploy additional cameras within hours if your event layout changes.
What about data usage and connectivity?
Our 5G routers typically use 100–500 GB over a weekend event. We provide pre-configured SIM cards with enough data included, or you can use your own.
Do you collect the equipment afterwards?
Yes, we handle both installation and removal. Most sites are cleared within a few hours of your event finishing.
