The LTL Acorn Ltl-8816-ZW Mesh is a 4K trail camera that solves the biggest problem with remote monitoring: patchy mobile signal. Instead of a SIM in every camera, it uses a self-forming mesh network — one receiver gathers images from up to 16 cameras at ranges of up to 7km, then sends full-size photos and video to Email, FTP or the Cloud. No SIM, no per-camera data plan.

8MP sensor + 4K video with a lightning-fast trigger

Equipped with an 8MP image sensor, the 8816-ZW captures sharp 8MP photos and detailed 4K video. A rapid 0.3-second trigger time ensures every movement is captured instantly and precisely.

Mesh network transmission — no SIM required

This camera runs on a mesh network, so no SIM card is needed. A single mesh receiver supports up to 16 cameras, relaying full-size photos and videos up to 7 kilometres away. Files are delivered straight to Email, FTP or Cloud (live video is not supported).

Full app control via built-in WiFi

Configure settings, preview shots and review saved content over the camera's built-in WiFi (up to 100 metres). The dedicated iOS & Android app does it all — no screen or physical access to the camera needed.

Reliable PIR motion detection

A PIR sensing distance of up to 30 metres gives accurate motion detection across large areas — ideal for wildlife monitoring, perimeter security and remote-site observation.

Dual IR flash for night clarity

Choose 850nm IR flash (25m range) for strong nighttime visibility, or 950nm low-glow IR (20m) for discreet monitoring that won't startle wildlife.

3-year standby with solar compatibility

Powered by 6×18650 batteries, the camera can sit in standby for up to 3 years. For longer deployments, connect a solar panel to keep it running around the clock.
